The 1996 NOAC Flap was available only to members of Alapaha Lodge 545's 1996 NOAC Contingent. Only 50 Flaps were made, and each comes with a hand signed Certificate of Authenticity. |

The 1998 NOAC Flap was avaliable only to members of Alapaha Lodge 545's 1998 NOAC Contingent. 100 Flaps were made, and each comes with a Certificate of Authentication signed by the Lodge Chief and the Lodge Advisor. |
